They had another great week of teaching English in the small Mayan village of Chan Chen. Daniel had many opportunities to share the Gospel this week. He has build a friendship with one of the local police officers. The police officers in Chan Chen remind me of the Andy Griffith Show... They have no guns and no crime and they have a lot of time to set around and think. This young officer asked Daniel do you think the end of the world is coming soon and that was a great lead in for Daniel to share the Good News of Christ. This young man gave his heart to Christ last Wed. night. Today as we past by the police station this new believer was reading the New Testament that Daniel had given him....
